Lemon Dream from ‘Flour and Stone’ by Nadine Ingram 
This cake is called Lemon Dream and is the wonderful creation from @flourandstone from their self-titled cookbook. It is a celebration cake, a perfect way to see the new year in. It is essentially a cross between a lemon meringue pie, a pavlova and a sponge. A dream combination. It was the perfect follow up to our roast pork last night and a perfect breakfast accompanied by a glass of bubbles today. We also think it will be the ideal accompaniment to a coffee at about 3pm today
Your go-to cake for any occasion, even if it is just because it’s a day ending in ‘y’.
